ConditionGood - Conditions are ideal for a canoe or kayak. Boats typically will drag on fewer than one-quarter of riffles, if at all, and portages are unnecessary or rare. Normal float lengths can be attempted without a problem.
Notes icon NotesCamped on Rymer gravel bar the night before. First part of trip was uneventful. Right after Blue Spring, a thunderstorm with lots of lightning and thunder dumped nearly two inches of rain on us. Although this level was considered good, we all agreed that a 3-6" higher water level would have been ideal.
