| Condition | Poor - River is too low to float comfortably. Most or all riffles will drag or must be portaged and some obstacles (such as slick shelf rock) cause undue problems. Avoid the river at this stage for casual paddling trips. |
Notes | Kayaked down river 1.5 miles and back up river to put in point. Dragging at every riffle. Worth it for the fishing opportunities. Caught a 3.11lb LMB in a slack water stretch and a 18inch 3.34lb SMB on a spot with heavy current. Fish were caught at the downstream side of every riffle. |
