| Condition | Good - Conditions are ideal for a canoe or kayak. Boats typically will drag on fewer than one-quarter of riffles, if at all, and portages are unnecessary or rare. Normal float lengths can be attempted without a problem. |
 Notes | ONSR boundary-to-boundary day 8. River camped below Shawnee Creek. All drops above Alley Spring required poling and/or lining. Water level significantly improved at Alley Spring. Still some scraping, but only had to pole and/or line a couple of drops. |
