| Condition | Good - Conditions are ideal for a canoe or kayak. Boats typically will drag on fewer than one-quarter of riffles, if at all, and portages are unnecessary or rare. Normal float lengths can be attempted without a problem. |
Notes | Paddled upstream from the Rt EE Bridge about a mile or so and found a really nice looking hole to fish for some white bass. The current was pretty brisk and it took considerable effort to make it above the last riffle before the pool. Caught almost 30 fish in less than two hours and brought home a nice stringer of females. The lake level was about three feet high, so the water clarity was pretty murky with less than a foot of visibility. |
