Condition | Good - Conditions are ideal for a canoe or kayak. Boats typically will drag on fewer than one-quarter of riffles, if at all, and portages are unnecessary or rare. Normal float lengths can be attempted without a problem. |
Notes | This stretch had several challenging rapids. The flow was pretty good but several times, we got stuck on the bedrock and had to scoot through or pull the boats out. Fishing was obviously great, but more water would have made this a more exciting kayaking adventure. |
