ConditionGood - Conditions are ideal for a canoe or kayak. Boats typically will drag on fewer than one-quarter of riffles, if at all, and portages are unnecessary or rare. Normal float lengths can be attempted without a problem.
Notes icon NotesThe day started with several groups on the river but they quickly outpaced us leaving us mostly alone, particularly after NRO. One gentleman at an access point just upstream from our takeout was particularly entertaining with storytelling and an accent that was typical for the area.
FishingFair - 3 - 6 fish caught
