Water level and flow was very low. However, much of the distance was a pool or had sufficient flow to carry the canoe. The boat ramp at Caplinger Mills was primitive and difficult to use with just a 2WD van.Water level and flow was very low. The current was pretty brisk and it took considerable effort to make it above the last riffle before the pool. Caught almost 30 fish in less than two hours and brought home a nice stringer of females. The lake level was about three feet high, so the water clarity was pretty murky with less than a foot of visibility.Paddled upstream from the Rt EE Bridge about a mile or so and found a really nice looking hole to fish for some white bass.
